Sose Thanda Sowbhagya is a Kannada-language television series first broadcast from 5 March 2012.

The first color cinema in Kannada was ‘Amarashilpi Jakkanachari’. The first cinema scope cinema was ‘Sose Thanda Sowbhagya’. The first 70mm cinema was ‘Sharavegadha Saradara’ starring Kumar Bangarappa. For lyrics in the cinema K.S.Narasimhaswamy the ‘Jasmine Poet’ got the national recognition.
