We are pleased to announce the start-up of new automated painting line for technical gases cylinders legalization station in the region of Mecklenburgia in Germany.
This facility specializes in the legalization of cylinders for technical and medical gases.
After passing the test procedure, the gas cylinders enter the painting line supplied by SciTeeX. The entire loading, unloading, surface preparation and painting process is carried out automatically.
As well as the machines, SciTeeX provided the whole paint shop control system with cabinets and software.
The whole process is supervised by a central computer with a Power&Free automatic conveyor.
The user has the ability to program and select different routes for the passage of workpieces through the line depending on the process planned for it. The workpieces are tracked by the control system during the entire surface treatment process.
The manipulation of workpieces and painting is done with the use of a robot and oscillators.
